VAM SYSTEMS are urgently looking for Sr. Business Analysts– Vision PLUSÒ for our UAE operations with the following skill set and terms and conditions:
We are seeking Business Analysts to join the support team for our Europe, Middle East, and Africa Vision PLUS issuer processing platform.
The position requires:
· Well developed analytical skills to work with client services and product support teams.
· Experience as an analyst in retail banking, consumer lending, and credit/debit cards would be an asset.
· Background in card operations is preferred and knowledge of revolving credit software, CardPac or Vision PLUS, highly desirable.
· Strong analytical skills and writing skills
· Ability to work complicated tasks effectively and in a timely manner.
BA’s main responsibilities:
· “Business as Usual” problems resolution and support of client queries. To investigate and resolve client problems and maintain communication between client services and technical staff to reach satisfactory resolution of them.
Create business requirements and solutions
Ability to meet with client and define requirements
Work with test team to ensure all requirements and test cases have been correctly mapped
Support system testing and installation functions
Analyze business requirements and provide the appropriate functional solutions, in accordance with the internal standards and procedures.
Working closely with the technical team to ensure they understand requirements, participate in analysis and design, and support the build-out of the functionality.
Work with training team to document system scenarios, identify roles impacted and help develop a training plan.
Consult the development of test plans and test scripts and assist testing when requested.
High standard reporting and issues tracking ability.
Provide data analysis and statistics.
Autonomy
Works independently on assigned tasks. Must take initiative in building a network of contacts within the EMEA organization, interfacing with multiple IT groups and business units. Requires a high amount of independent discretion and decision-making.
Coaching/ Leadership
Sr. Business Analysts will provide coaching to business functions, lower level analysts and application developers on moderately to complex issues.
Education
Advanced university degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Business Administration, Accounting or Finance, or proven ability to perform the tasks required by the position.
Computer Skills
Good to proficient knowledge of MS Office is required.
Experience Required: minimum 5yrs.
Terms and conditions:
Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 4weeks)
