HSE Technical Assistant for Qatar

VAM SYSTEMS currently looking for HSE Technical Assistant or our Qatar operations with the following skill set and terms and conditions:
Skill Set required:
Ensure all necessary records exist for HSE incidents in 2007 and 2008 (incident reports and supporting material),
Review HSE database organisation to ensure it is consistent with Field Operations data entry and reporting needs; request modifications via administrator where necessary.
Enter all incident report information in database, and corrective actions information.
Set-up standard pre-defined searches and reports within the database to allow easy access to standard information for Field Ops management. (Incidents, HSE indicators, anomalies, corrective actions lists and status, etc)
Produce regular reports on anomaly, incident and corrective actions data.
Develop a procedure detailing responsibilities and procedures for incident and anomaly data entry and follow-up for site and office staff.
Experience Required : Minimum 2- 3yrs.
Qualifications: The incumbent shall speak and write English to a high standard.
The incumbent shall be fully familiar with Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
The incumbent must be able to demonstrate a very good level of general competence using PCs and various software packages, and shall preferably have previous experience as a user of database type applications.
The incumbent shall have had previous experience in a technical environment, preferably oil and gas.
Very strong preference will be given to candidates who have had experience in HSE activities, and are familiar with the concepts of incident reporting and incident follow up.
The incumbent must be well organised, and able to work autonomously.
Terms and conditions:
Joining time frame : 2 weeks (maximum 4 weeks)
