Network Engineer for Oman

VAM SYSTEMS is currently looking for Network Engineer for our OMAN operations with the following skill set and terms and conditions:

Skill Set required:
¥ Bachelor of Engineering or Graduate degree in IT from a recognized university.
¥ Minimum 4 years experience in installing and maintaining LAN / WAN infrastructure in a large organization.
¥ Performing the job successfully requires hands-on experience in advanced troubleshooting, maintenance, monitoring and documentation of core infrastructure, LAN / WAN connectivity and telecommunications.
¥ Maintains an overview of the implementation of IT’s policies and procedures related to Networking.
¥ Coordinate with Configuration Management team in maintaining and administering the various configurations related to network domain
¥ Good working knowledge of various LAN and WAN protocols, network security and experience in their implementation and administration.
¥ Coordinate for the performance and accuracy of day-to-day tasks of the network section.
¥ Supervises network security issues.
¥ Candidates shall possess working knowledge of best practices and standards. And able to maintain and update documentations as per the stipulated policies and procedures.
¥ Candidates shall possess valid industry certifications related to Network field like CCNA, CCNP.
¥ Candidates should have strong customer service skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills
¥ Should have excellent analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.
¥ Airline experience will be an added advantage

Joining time frame : 2 weeks (maximum 4 weeks)
